My UpScaled Mars Snooper.  I began Up-Scaling many of the old Estes Classics back in the early 70's.  Once I became heavily involved in the hobby (attending conventions, writing an article or two for AmSpam, founding a club and a convention), I became well known (specially in the North East) for these big birds.  They were quaintly labled "Glandular Conditions" and, for me, the name stuck.  Enjoy!

Point of Information.  After one flight caused some damage to the upper section, I was rebuilding it when I noticed that it is based on the BT-55, the same size as my Mini-Mars-Lander (featured in an old issue of AmSpam, and 9 months BEFORE Estes came out with it), and I got to thinking...

So, I built another Mini-Mars Lander withOUT the landing gear and used THAT as the nose cone atop my Maxi-Mars Snooper.  A perfect fit, in more ways than one!
